It's been 4 months since June 08.  I've been experiencing variety of yoga classes to develop, cultivate and calm the deepest of my heart. 
Also, through pacticing yoga, I've been pursuing the stillness of my mind whenever I'm in chaos.

Listed in the sequence of the strength of each class
Hot 1- Get new beginner used to breathing, stretching and posting in a warm room.  Class normally lasts 60mins to 90mins, depends.
Hot Hour - New beginner to follow instructors to explore the potentiality of your body.
Hot Flow - More advanced than the first two hot classes.  Path of class is a bit quicker; and tense of the posture is a bit stonger.  But it's still suitable for the beginners.

Classes under room temperature
Yin- Normally, class will last 90mins.  Each posture will stay for a few minutes to stretch yourself deeper, also while inhaling& exhaling, you will be guided and felt the deeper of each posture you reach to... it's really amazing...
Hatha 1- Very suitable for the beginner. I would like to say it's the "Hot Hour" in room temperature.  Not too stressed, not too strong, but very good start for the entry level.
Power 1- To strengthen your muscle, practice the domain and shape your body curve.  It will be a bit difficult for the beginner and I would like to suggest to start Power 1 after practicing yoga for 1~ 2 months. 

Spent two hours on yoga classes today, but still cannot help thinking of you badly.
I've been trying hard to dominate my mind, but I failed to...
